Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:


Canada / International: approximately 1–3 weeks


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. NCWardrobe is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first, then contact us at neurosight1@gmail.com or on Instagram @ncwardrobe. We will do our best to assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be changed.
