Return and Refund Policy

At NCWardrobe, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final, except in cases of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or an error on our part. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details (including size, color, and model) and accept responsibility for your selection.

2. Return Period
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for eligible items (defective, damaged, or incorrect items only — see Section 1). After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, returned in its original packaging, and not damaged, altered, or worn after delivery. Sale/clearance items, gift cards, and digital products are non-refundable, where applicable.

4. Return Process
Before returning any item, contact us at neurosight1@gmail.com or on Instagram @ncwardrobe. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds go to the original payment method (typically 5–10 business days).

7. Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Exchanges
